This product produces an AI-generated approximation based on selected files. It is not the real person and never represents a conscious, sentient, or resurrected person. When the OpenAI engine is active, sending a message shares that message, earlier messages in the conversation, and text extracted from the files you selected with OpenAI for processing. The files themselves are not uploaded to OpenAI, but for a short file the extracted text can cover everything it contains. External-customer launch stays blocked until legal, privacy, and trust gates are satisfied.

Your data
These downloads and deletions apply to your account. Review's Remove action only takes a file out of the current draft and does not delete stored data.
Export metadata (JSON) includes file records, derived text, evidence, profile data, and accepted chat replies. It does not include original file bytes, unsent drafts, or pending or failed turns. Download original files retrieves uploaded file bytes in a separate archive and does not include derived text.

On this device
Current run deletes that run and its derived outputs; other files stay. Specific file ID deletes one file and its derived outputs. All my data deletes every file, run, and derived output and keeps your account open. My account deletes every file, run, and derived output, then closes your account permanently. Deletion cannot be undone. Stored files can take up to 15 minutes to finish disappearing. This does not erase copies a provider already processed.
